Under the new process, an organizer may confirm an initial quantity based on projected participation, approve the artwork proof, and schedule production. If registration figures later change, the organizer may request a new quotation for an additional quantity. The initial order does not reserve production capacity for a later order.
The process became available August 11. GSJJ describes its administrative objective as getting champion medals for sports events easier by placing artwork review, quantity confirmation, and scheduling within a defined sequence. The statement refers to the ordering structure and is not a delivery or performance guarantee.
What Changed
The workflow establishes the following sequence:
- GSJJ issues a project quotation identifying the initial quantity and applicable order terms.
- An artwork proof must receive approval before production begins.
- The initial production order is scheduled after quantity and artwork confirmation.
- A later reorder requires a separate quotation and production review.
- Existing tooling is reviewed when a reorder is requested.
- Artwork revisions or new tooling may change the quoted amount and schedule.
- Shipping is estimated separately according to destination and selected service.
Previously unconfirmed future quantities were not part of a defined staged sequence. The revised process documents how an initial order and a possible later order are handled independently.
Project-Specific Disclosures
GSJJ has not established a single minimum quantity, production interval, reorder cutoff, or delivery date for all projects. Each written quotation is expected to state the applicable quantity requirement, specifications, estimated production dates, shipping method, destination, and project deadline.

Organizers considering a reorder are advised to request a project-specific cutoff date when confirming the initial order. Reorders remain subject to capacity and may not be completed before the event date if requested after that cutoff.
The announcement does not represent an increase in manufacturing capacity or establish a companywide turnaround range. Expedited scheduling is considered only after GSJJ reviews production capacity and shipping timing for the individual project.
